Yield

Treasury-backed yield with no manual claiming.

1. Deposit

Deposit mantraUSD and receive vault shares.

2. Yield accrues

mantraUSD forwards U.S. Treasury bill yield into an appreciating share price.

3. Withdraw

Redeem later to receive more mantraUSD than you deposited.

Yield compounds automatically in the vault share price, so there's nothing extra to claim or manage.

Strategy

The mantraUSD Risk Free Yield vault accepts mantraUSD deposits and generates yield backed by U.S. Treasury bills. mantraUSD is a stablecoin built on the M0 framework, and the underlying yield is passed through to vault depositors.

Earned yield is autocompounded - accrued returns are reinvested, increasing the vault's share price over time. Depositors receive vault shares representing their proportional claim on the growing pool of assets.

Withdrawals follow an asynchronous pattern with a short delay period, after which the underlying mantraUSD can be claimed. The vault is built on the BoringVault (ERC-4626) architecture using an onchain Accountant to track the exchange rate between shares and the underlying asset.
